土曜日は五所川原を回る事に、最初の1軒目は、藤崎にあるイヤビさんの実家のお店です。開店前に着いたらすでに開店してました。店内に入ると先客は５人で、とりあえずテーブル席に座ります。メニューは店内のホワイトボードにも書いてますね。煮干しラーメンとにぼにぼラーメンと書いてますね。
濃いのが食べたかったので、にぼにぼ800円にしてみました。
１５分くらいでラーメンが到着、見た目は濃厚そうですね。まずはスープから一口、マイルドな煮干し味ですね。凄く飲みやすく、ごくごく行けちゃいました。
麺は中細のストレートな麺でこの麺が美味しかった。スープと食べた時の美味さは流石です。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、ナルト、タマネギ、お麩、ワカメとネギです。チャーシューは鶏と豚で豚の方は柔らかくて味が濃かったです。メンマは太目、特にお麩にスープが染みて美味しかったですよ。
喫茶店とは思えないレベルの高さ、他のメニューもボリュームがあって美味しそうでしたね。近くを通る事があったら次はハンバーグかカツカレーを頂きたいと思います。
