2021年11月6日（土）夜訪問
五所川原で飲むことに。歩いていて見つけた雰囲気の良さそうな寿司屋を訪問です。カウンター席に座り、日本酒をオーダー。お通しはあんこうとも和えとさもだしの塩辛。どちらも青森の郷土料理のことで、さもだしはヒラタケのことです。これがお酒が進むんですよね。日本酒は津軽半島を選択。辛口の日本酒ですっきりとしています。
食べ物は刺身盛をオーダー。刺身は、マグロ、ホタテ、真鯛、ボタン海老、秋刀魚。いずれも新鮮ですが、やはり旬の秋刀魚が脂がのっていて美味。お酒が進み常連さんと仲良くなっておススメしていただいた「佐藤企」を選択。
続いて、穴子をつまみでオーダー。こちらも常連さんおススメですが、おススメするだけあって絶品。結局このあともう1軒行くことにしたので寿司は食べませんでしたが、次回はちゃんと寿司もいただきたいです。出会いもたくさんあるいいお店でした。どうもご馳走様でした。
