丁度、五所川原に行く用事があったので、少し足を延ばして旧金木町の嘉瀬と言う集落へ。

味はシンプルです。
黙食なので小さな子供はだめな感じします。
店主の目的は商売ではなくラーメンを創るではないかと思います。
ラーメンを食べる為だけに来店したほうが良いと思います。
