五所川原のモホドリ蒸溜研究所に初訪問。今年発売されたアップルブランデーを購入です。
アップルブランデーは初めて飲みますが、リンゴの香りが豊かですっきりした飲み口。香りはいいですが、甘味が変にあるわけではなく、ロックでも炭酸割でも美味しくいただけます。
お店の説明では、「青森のりんごと、酵母と、天然水でつくった透明なブランデー。樽詰しないことでフレッシュな果実の香りを残しました。アルコール分25％でストレートやロックでも飲みやすく仕上げました。」とのことです。
