ネットでお取り寄せしました。
りんごのホワイトブランデーに果肉まで赤いりんごの果汁を加えて樽熟成した琥珀色のブランデーです。
りんごの甘い香りがします。アルコール30%なのでロックで少しずついただいています。ほんのりりんごの甘さがあり、芳醇な香りと旨味が美味。
お菓子や料理にも使えそうです。
お酒好きな夫（ビール、ワイン、日本酒好き）もブランデーは普段飲みませんがこれのロックを気に入っています。
パッケージもお洒落で珍しいのでプレゼントにも良さそうです。
