イタリアン百名店の【エスト! プロッシモ】に訪問しました。
開店同時に到着し、すぐに入店できました。
以下の料理をいただきました。
●PRANZO PASTA（パスタランチ）1,100円
・サラダ
・本日のランチパスタ【選択制】
（千葉市産のブロッコリーとアンチョビのビアンコ）
●PRANZO INSALATA（たっぷり10品目のサラダ とラザニア（ハーフ）サイズ）1,300円
・たっぷり10品目のサラダ
・千葉県産マーガレットポークのミニラザニア
・自家製フォカッチャ
房総の新鮮な食材を使った千産千消型イタリアンオステリア＆バール・トラットリアとなります。
1階オステリア＆バールで、2階トラットリア（チャージ代500円。パンの食べ放題＆2種類のミラネルウォーター飲み放題）という形式です。
今回は1階オステリア＆バールの方を利用しました。平日限定ランチ（1F限定のビジネスランチ）は3つのコースがあります。
・PRANZO PASTA（パスタランチ）
・PRANZO LAZAGNA（ラザニアランチ）
・PRANZO INSALATA（たっぷり10品目のサラダ とラザニア（ハーフ）サイズ）
なお、メイン、デザート込みのコースを食べたい方は2Fのトラットリアへ訪問しましょう。
全体的な味付けはやや濃い目で、単調な味わいという印象を受けました。途中から飽きてしまいましたが、美味しかったです。コスパを求める方やサクッと楽しめたい方は平日に1Fのオステリア＆バールへ訪問した方が楽しめるかと思います。
