この日のランチ 1番乗り！
窓際の二人席に通していただきました。
着席する前から「ランチA」980円 粒マスタードソース、パンでオーダー。
グリーンペッパーだったらグリーンペッパーソースにしただろうくらいで迷いはほぼありませんでした。
ピンクのクロスが可愛いらしく、
全体に年季とサービスとお味の安定を感じさせます。
やっぱり、間違いない。
「金時豆のスープです」
ホッホー。ここで、クロスに合ったピンクの金時豆とは清々しい裏切り。
ほんのり甘い香が鼻から抜ける久しぶりの感じが心地良い。
サラダはシンプルな中にも粒マスタードのフレンチドレッシングがちょうど良く
ステーキ、安定。
パンはオリーブオイルがスッとかけてある。しかも、手に付けずに美味しく食べられるように。
「今週はデザートがサービスで付きます。食後にお飲み物も。」
運ばれてきたのはりんごのガトー。
コーヒーはホットでお願いしてクレマが幸せを運んで来てくれます。
そっと、目を閉じてしあわせを胸に閉じ込めます（←何があったのか？いえいえ、何もないです。笑）
スープ、サラダ、メイン、デザート、コーヒーまできっちりと頂いたのはいつ以来だろう。
千葉駅から少し歩くのでなかなか伺う機会がありませんでしたが、今後は機会を作って伺うことになると思います。
Bの若鶏のビール煮も人気があるようでしたので、記録を残しておきます。
