鮨菜旬炉料理 笑和。
和風会席料理のお店です。広い店内、ランチタイムは満席。
この日も、少し待って入店しました。
ランチメニューは、こんな感じ。
ちょっと迷って、お刺身御膳を注文しました。セットにできるサラダも追加で(^ω^)

お刺身御膳とほぼ同時に、和風サラダも到着しました。
セットの小鉢は、切り干し大根。
鯛の身の入ったあら汁は、魚の旨みがたっぷり(゜∀゜)
刺身は本マグロの中トロに、皮を香ばしく炙ったサワラ。
帆立と脂の乗ったヒラマサに、スズキもぷりっといい弾力。
中トロも脂ノリノリ、ご飯がすすみます(≧∇≦)/
柚子のシャーベットで、爽やかにごちそうさま。
