イタリアンに愚直にこだわり、特化しているだけあって、食材レベルも含めトータルのサービスの質が高いと感じます。
オリーブの丘と並び、衰え知らずの人気を維持し、どちらも、俗に言うファミレスやチェーン店と言う意識をさせない千葉の人気イタリアン。
インテリアや設えも居心地良く、カップルに家族連れ、ママさん達等、幅広い層に人気で終日賑わっています。
注文の定番はパスタ、アイスコーヒー、デザート、20％offのテイクアウトビザ。なので肉料理等の評価はできませんが、270gもある、もちもちのパスタや、セットのパンもふかふかで、皿に残るパスタのオイルやソースを添えれば最高。
昔は、パンにオリーブオイルを添えて提供してましたが現在はオーダーすれば頂けます(多分)。これも外せないです。
接遇面はかなりバラツキあり、唯一の△。不思議です。
飽きさせないメニュー構成で次回も楽しみです。
