久々、千葉に用事がありやってきた。
用事を済ませ少し遅いランチをとそごうをブラブラと探してみる。
７階の飲食店街には一通り揃っていて迷う
そごうには昔大食堂がありよくきたものだが、今は専門店しかないようだ
なんとな〜く肉が食べたくなり焼肉屋さんへ吸い込まれてしまった。
さてさて何をいただこうか
まずはビールだ！
そして、ランチメニューから盛り合わせ的なものを選択
いろいろな希少部位が楽しめそうだ
そごう内にある、まさに肉のデパートだ
山形牛は私の好みだ
うで、肩、しんしん、サーロイン、と食べ進む
肉の旨みと脂の甘味が上品で旨い
ドリンクは赤ワインをハーフで2種類
ドンドンはいる。
少々僕にはボリュームがたらない
野菜盛り合わせとキノコ盛り合わせ
そして、タン塩とカルビと切り落としを追加
頼みすぎか笑
しかしタン塩は最近では1番のうまさだ
ついついワインも進む
お腹が満たされていく、さて、冷麺でもたべるか笑
マッコリで締めて、今日のランチは終了
よく食べた、そして呑んだ
満足だ
