週末の夕食に利用させていただきました。
千葉そごう10Fのレストラン街。
山形牛を提供する焼肉屋さんです。
店内は高級でお洒落な内装。
平日の19時ごろ、殆どのテーブルにはお客さんが。
外は物凄い雨風ですが賑わっております。
焼肉のコースを堪能し、締めの一杯に冷麺をお願いいたしました。
・盛岡冷麺 小(750円)
銀色の器が涼しげな印象。
透明感のあるスープは非常にさっぱり。
ほんのり酸味を感じますね。
出汁は牛骨ベースでしょうか？
つるっとした麺は細身でコシが非常に強い。
あっさりしたスープに良く合っています。
チャーシューは鶏胸肉。
しっとりジューシーで柔らかなお肉。
キュウリは飾り包丁入り。
薄切りのリンゴが爽やかな箸休め。
別添えでキムチも提供いただきました。
夏にぴったりの冷麺、美味しかったです。
焼肉を味わった後の締めにぴったりでした。
