2軒目は11Fのレストラン街。
本格的な中華料理を提供するぷんぷくまるさんへお伺いさせていただきました。
この階も夜だと少し寂しげ。
客席はテーブル席のみ10卓ほど。
平日の19時半ごろ、先客は5組。
卓上調味料は醤油、酢、香酢、ラー油、胡椒。
豊富な中華メニューからお薦めの坦々麺をオーダー。
・黒ごま坦々麺(1045円)
着丼からスパイシーな香りが漂います。
トッピングは黒胡麻、挽肉、ナッツ、ニラ、唐辛子など。
しっかり混ぜ合わせていただきます。
かなり粘度が高くなり、麺にしっかり絡みつく。
胡麻の香りが強くナッツの食感がアクセント。
辛さはほぼラー油によるもの、なかなかの強さですが個人的には汗かくほどではなかった。
ほんのり酸味が効いていました。
麺は細身の平打ち麺。
弾力のあるもちもち食感。
胡麻の風味豊かな坦々麺でした。
たっぷりナッツが良い演出ですね。
その他の麺類も気になるところでした。
味の好みは十人十色。
