3年ぶりくらいに利用です。他メニューに後ろ髪ひかれる前に、メニュー見ずにに冷やし中華(1210)一点勝負。千葉そごう9階です。
冷やし中華は立体的盛り付けの醤油スープ。具材は胡瓜、かいわれ、海老、煮椎茸、錦糸卵、チャーシュー、ハム。そこそこ値張るけど、三年前より豪華？味も絶妙な酸味はかなり秀逸。これはなかなかでしたね。地味に麺も旨いです。

千葉そごうに買い物がてらレストラン街のぷんぷくまるで冷やし中華チャーハンセット(1513)を食べました。
味は悪くないけど紅虎餃子坊を要するKIWAグループのチェーンにしては1500オーバーは高すぎ。ぷんぷくまるとしては千葉、栃木に3店舗。
