今回千葉駅に降り立ち訪問したのは餃子房じらい屋。
千葉駅から10分ほど歩いたところにある居酒屋さんです。
今回の目的は名物の餃子。鉄なべ餃子と言うものを二軒目で頂きました。
鉄なべ餃子
餃子は綺麗に羽根が付きパリッと、餃子自体は口にやっとほうばれるほどの大きさ。野菜と肉が1:1とのこと。確かに野菜のジューシーさしっかり感じる。ただちょっとにんにくが多いかな？口の中が後で臭くなるので個人的にその場は美味しいがもうおしいところでした。
ただ8個590円と価格もとても安くおすすめですね。ご馳走様でした。
