今日は、チンゲンサイのガーリック炒め、海老チリ、細切り豚肉とピーマン炒め、焼きそば。
美味しいが少し味が濃く、塩味や甘さが強い。
シェフは、もう少し素材の味を尊重してもいいのでは。

そごうのレストラン街にある桃源。
横浜にもあり、行ったことがあるが千葉は初めて。
平日5時前なので、がらがら。
飲み物は氷点スーパードライ。
海老の五目野菜炒め、細切り牛肉とピーマン炒め、五目野菜豆腐、餃子。
とれも、上品で3人でちょうどいい。ここの餃子は大きくて美味しい。
甕出し紹興酒180mlを追加。テーブルの前で甕から注いでくれる。
締めに五目焼きそば。
オークラのサービスが味わえる美味しい店だ。
最後にデザートを勧めるぐらいの愛嬌があってもいいか。

千葉そごうの食堂街にある。
平日なので空いているが、年末ということもありその後お客さんが入ってくる。
ますは生ビールなのだが、冷えすぎ。別メニューでスーパードライの氷結みたいなのもあるのだが、普通の生ビールは冷やしすぎると苦味が出て美味しくない。その後お酒は、瓶だし紹興酒。
頼んだメニューは、春巻き、餃子、牛肉のオイスター炒め、海老ちり、野菜のXO醬炒め、五目チャーハン。大きな餃子は好みがあるかもしれない。
どれも美味しいです。
そごうとはいえ、ここに来ればオークラのサービスを求めるので、ホールの女性が、ひとところにかたまっていて、あまり機能していないかなと思ったが、サービスに来てくれるとしっかりした対応で料理も取り分けてくれる。
ちなみに、写真は小盆を3人に取り分けてもらったものです。
ごちそうさまでした。
