#Togen Dining with the old men in Chiba. I always eat crab, so I decided to change things up and make it Chinese. I'm glad I made a reservation, as it was fully booked today for the Coming of Age Ceremony. I could have had a New Year's lunch (high-quality ingredients costing over 10,000 yen per person), but I booked a casual New Year's lunch set. Otegoro lunch for about 4,000 yen per person New Year's has a different lineup of courses even for lunch... You can choose from shrimp chili and beef oyster stir-fry. So, for Ricky, who likes spicy food, I have stir-fried oysters.
