久々に沖縄そばを食べたくなったことから、足を運ぶものとなった
千葉駅界隈では数少ない沖縄料理専門店「ゆいまーる 美ら島」
カウンター席へと通され、まずはメニューから見ていきますと
数年ぶりの訪問となる同店ですが、メニューも当時と比べ、変更点が多数
まずメインとなっているのは「沖縄そばセット」で、こちらには
・鳥の唐揚げネギソース
・ゴーヤチャンプルー
・豆腐チャンプルー
・ふーチャンプルー
と、4品のおかずいずれかと、ご飯が付いたセットに
その他、チャンプルー各種がメインとなる定食や
タコライスと沖縄そばのセット、ソーミンチャンプルーのセットも提供
更に裏面へめくってみると、こちらは、私の好物でもある「ポーク玉子」の定食屋
焼きそば、唐揚げ、そして沖縄そば各種の単品メニューになっております
そんな中から本日は、豆腐チャンプルーと沖縄そばのセットを頂いてみる事に
■ 豆腐チャンプルー＆沖縄そばセット
まずは本日の目的となる、沖縄そば
鰹出汁をベースに、独特の食感・歯触りが特徴となる蕎麦
紅生姜やかまぼこがトッピングされるのも、同蕎麦の特徴となります
スープから頂いてみますが、出汁感はそこまで強くなく、アッサリした味わい
色味も見ての通り、透き通るほどに鮮やかで、優しい風味を伝えてきます
出汁感が控えめ故か、紅生姜の持つ酸味、ほのかな辛味もスープから感じます
続く麺は一般的なお蕎麦よりは太めとなっており、うどんにも見える、そのビジュアル
ツルッと啜れる食感は、うどんのようでありながら
食感はお蕎麦・・・いや、中華蕎麦の様でもあります
スープの風味が強くないので、若干の物足りなさを感じますが
私はここに、島唐辛子を加えるのが好みで、辛味でスープの風味も引き立つものに
続いて、もう一つのメインとなっているのが、豆腐チャンプルー、そしてご飯
そんな豆腐チャンプルーですが、ここはもう、沖縄ではお馴染みとなる厚揚げ豆腐がメイン
加えて、キャベツにもやし、人参
そして、私の好物でもあるランチョンミートも具材に使用
たっぷりの鰹節が盛り付けられている事もあってか
こちらはお蕎麦以上に、出汁感を受ける味付けになっておりまして
この味付けが、ご飯との相性バッチリ
白米はちょっと固めの炊き加減になるものの、それをも厭わない勢いでご飯が進みます
その合間に頂く、沖縄そばがスープ役として良い仕事を見せており
3品並ぶことでバランスの採れた一食となりました。
