千葉中央駅近くにある、お好み焼き・もんじゃの店、ぼちぼち
夜ご飯時を少し外して訪店したが、満席で15分待ち
中に入ると、レトロな感じの店内が賑わっていた
お通しに、出汁が出てきた
うん…中々美味しい
店内を見回していると…台湾まぜそば はなびとのコラボ中
名古屋在住時は、良く行ったはなび
これは頼むしか無いと台湾もんじゃと台湾焼きそば
その他、名物ぼちぼち焼、ミックス玉を注文
台湾まぜそば風もんじゃ ニンニクがガツンと効いて、程よい辛さがあり、ニラ、卵、魚粉と中身も台湾まぜそばで、思った以上にはなびに近い味
〆の白米もあり満足できる逸品
焼きそばも同様、ニンニクと辛味が強烈
ぼちぼち焼きは、キャベツのシャキシャキ感と山芋のフワフワ感が良い
やはり茶色い食べ物は裏切らない
ドリンクはオーソドックスなラインナップだが、大人のクリームソーダが、かなり興味を惹いた
クリームソーダにカシスリキュールを掛けて、おぉ旨い…思わずおかわり
その他、生搾りパイなっちゅうも頂いて、2件目なのに呑み食いしてしまう美味しさでした。
