千葉みなとにあるオークラ内のレストランです。1回目は満席で他にも何組もの待っている方がいるとの事で諦め、2回目3回目は当日電話したら満席で直接来て待っても案内が何時になるか(時間制限なしなので)･･･といった感じでした。
今回も当日の電話では前回同様だったんですが、思い切ってオープン後すぐに行ってみるとすぐに案内してもらえました(^^)
店内は既に何組ものお客さんがいましたが、席はまだチラホラ空いていました。
そうそうこちらのレストラン、料理名の書かれたポップの様なものが1つもありません。それは入れ替りが早いからなのかもと聞いていたので、気になるものはデザートだろうが早く皿に盛っておきました(笑)
お料理は和洋中あります。和は揚げたての天ぷら、ネギトロ巻き、だし巻き卵等美味しいです。料理がすぐになくなると補充されるのも早いので揚げたて出来立てが頂けました。
洋食は、グラタンやパエリア、ピザ、パスタ。ローストビーフは切り分けてくれました。この辺はまぁ普通のビュッフェと同じ感じかな。
ところが、驚いたのが中華のクオリティの高さです。軽い気持ちで食べた炒飯の美味しい事。春巻きなんてキッズコーナーの様な所にあったので取ろうか迷ってたのに食べたら美味しい！点心のコーナーには肉厚の焼売、肉まん、蒸し餃子がありました。どれもジューシーで美味しい。
ビュッフェで出てくるレベルではないので中華を目的に来たい位でした。
パンは二種類でシンプルなプレーンとゴマパンで横にマーガリンが置いてありました。補充で出てきた時に取るとホカホカふわふわで美味しかったです。
そしてお楽しみの(笑)デザート、ホテルなんでちょっと期待してたんですがほぼ業務用でした･･･。それにフルーツ、チョコレートファウンテンでした。ま、なくなれば違う種類が出てきたりしてたのでそれなりに楽しめましたが。これにアイスやソフトクリームがあればなお良かったかな～と。あくまで個人的な意見ですが。
トータル的には接客も雰囲気もいいし、時間制限もないのでリピしたいと思います♪
