実に丁寧な仕事を見せてくれる、天ぷらの名店「天ぷら 松川」さんが、店舗の建て替えが終わり、ついに復活。2/23から2/28はプレオープンで夜のみ営業。3/2からランチも含め、本格営業が再開するそうです。新店舗はカウンターのみ10席。鍋は建て替え前のものを使い続けているそうですが、新品のごとくピカピカ。コースは3800円と5800円で、私が知る中では日本屈指のコストパフォーマン。次回は初夏の頃にでも食べに行きましょうか。
