ずっと気になっていたお店のテイクアウトを利用しました。
こちらのお店は、移転前から気になっていましたがタイミング等色々合わず利用しないまま・・
今回テイクアウトも、中々利用できず八月になってようやく利用することが出来ました。
今回お願いしたフレンチ弁当や総菜系のテイクアウトは、あらかじめ予約が必要です。（デザート類のみならば何時でも大丈夫なようです）
ランチタイムは前日まで、当日の夜は14時までに予約をしておく必要があります。
当日、旦那が電話をしてくれて夜にお店まで取りに行きました。
店内には旦那が取りに行きましたが、一応イートインも出来る様でしたがそちらも予約制、
お店が小さく席数も少ないので、テイクアウトに向いているのではないかという話でした。
さて、お弁当は家にてワインと共にいただきました。
大人のフレンチ弁当
看板メニューや前菜、お肉など色々な料理の詰まった内容です。
自慢のキッシュの他、人参とジャガイモのラぺ、パテドカンパーニュ、ラタトゥイユ、サフランライス、野菜のグレック、豚肉のビネガー煮など。
・野菜のグレックは見た目ピクルスと思いましたが、スパイスの効いた酸味もまろやかな味わいの冷菜。これは食べやすくて美味しいと、酸味が苦手の旦那も気に入っていました。
・キッシュは自慢の一品との事でしたが納得の美味しさ。生地のコクやまろやかさ、塩気が絶妙です。
・豚肉のビネガー煮は見た目こってりそうですが、ビネガーを使っているせいか見た目よりもサッパリと頂けました。
他のメニューも定番のビストロ料理。お家で好きなワインとこんな美味しい料理を楽しめるのはある意味贅沢ですね。
我が家としては家にパンが沢山あるため、サフランライスは無くても良いという話に。
またお願いするなら、今度はお弁当ではなく総菜単品かオードブルセットなどにすると思います。
他・・デザート系：ブルーチーズのチーズケーキ等
どちらもチーズケーキでしたが、濃厚さや食感が違った造りになっていて美味しく頂きました。
ブルーチーズのチーズケーキはワインと楽しめるおススメメニューです。
