(Visited on October 9, 2022) I checked in to the hotel, received a regional coupon, and was looking for a place to have dinner.I decided on this restaurant near the hotel where I could eat while looking at the night view on the 22nd floor. In the evening, as rain was forecast, I left the hotel early around 4pm, crossed the Keisei Line railroad crossing and headed for Chiba Sencity, using Chiba Soko as a landmark. Follow the store directions and take the elevator to the 22nd floor. It was a little after 4pm. It looks like the store is closed. Even when they enter the store, they don't hear the sound of customers coming in, so they don't seem to notice that customers are coming. "Excuse me!" The clerk doesn't show up. (Perhaps they were preparing to open the store?) I called out even louder, "Excuse me!" The clerk finally answered and told me the store was open, so I was shown to a seat. This is also a mobile order shop where customers place orders using their smartphones. I ordered Torotakumaki from the menu that the staff brought me. I ordered the Kyoho sour using a Tabelog coupon. I then used the benefits of registering on line to order Amataro Ice Cream. I want to take medicine, so I ask for something cold, take the medicine, and receive the appetizer. Enjoy melty rolls while drinking Kyoho sour! The rolls are melty and delicious! Amatoro ice cream also arrived, but it was so hard that I couldn't scoop it up with a spoon. In the meantime, I ordered a cheese pizza tomabee (tomato & bacon) and enjoyed the view from the 22nd floor. After 5pm, customers started arriving one after another and the store started to get busy. Even when I press the call button because the clerk has something to do, I'm getting more replies asking me to wait for a while. Eventually, the appetizer cheese pizza arrived. Tear it into small pieces with chopsticks. Is delicious. The Amataro ice cream has become a little soft, so I scoop it up with a spoon. I got up and looked for the restroom, but I couldn't find it even after searching around the store... When I asked the staff, they told me to leave the store. I leave the store and look for the restroom. I found a restroom and found a different night view, so I looked at it for a while. I returned to the store and ordered sweet shrimp karaage. The fried sweet shrimp was also delicious. I looked at the night view, clicked the checkout button on my smartphone, and went to the cash register. I tried to use two regional coupons, but was told that only one 1,000 yen coupon could be used, so I paid the remaining 700 yen with electronic money and left the store.
