今宵はフレンチでクリスマスディナーです。
フルコース全6皿でクリスマスディナー料理が12.000円でした。
赤ワインをボトルで入れて乾杯です(^o^)
キャビアの料理からスタートです。
根菜の冷前菜はソースの味と食材の味が素晴らしいコラボレーションしてました。
フォアグラのコンソメスープ熱々で程よい匂いで美味い！
焼き立てフランスパンは、ふんわり・カリカリでバターの塩味とバランス良かったです。
魚料理は豪華に蝦夷鮑のソテーでしたが、柔らかくて美味しかった！
メインの肉料理は牛ヒレステーキにフォアグラソテーを追加でトッピングしていただきましたが、表面がカリッと焼かれ中はとろーり(^O^)
久しぶりに美味しいフォアグラが食べれました。
牛ヒレ肉も柔らかく焼かれていてボリュームもあり最高に美味しかったです(⌒▽⌒)
〆はクリスマスケーキのホールをカットして提供されました。
入れ立てのコーヒー飲みながら満足なディナーフルコースでした。
ワイン以外にもアルコール飲み過ぎて予算オーバーしちゃいましたが、美味しく楽しい時間が過ごせたので満足です。
