新年初めての外食はお寿司をいただきました。
地下で少し買い物してお腹が空いたのでこちらの
お店に行きました！
カウンターで食べるお寿司屋で目の前の板前が
握ってすぐに提供してくれるので新鮮なお寿司
が食べれます。
単品をいくつか頼もうか迷いましたが、店長
おまかせの握りを頼みました。
どのネタも軽く醤油をつけて提供してくれて
いるのでつけなくて食べれます。
しかもちょうど良い醤油加減とネタの新鮮さが
マッチしていてとても美味しかったです( ^ω^ )
追加で帆立とネギトロ巻も食べました！
ネギトロ巻のトロの部分がとにかく新鮮で今まで
食べてきたネギトロ巻と全く違くて口の中で
とろけて美味しかったです✨
とにかくどのネタも新鮮過ぎますね…
こういうお寿司は築地とかに行かないと食べれ
ないと思ってましたが千葉で食べれて良かった
です。
