週半ば、ふらりと初訪。
12席ほどのカウンターが8割方、20席ほどテーブル席は2テーブルほどの客の入り。
店員さんは総数4人ほどで頑張ってらっしゃる。
着席し、まずは飲み物…
南部美人を注文。
お通しを摘まみ、ちびちびやりながら思案。
つくね、ひな、 はつ、すなぎも、レバーを注文。
いずれも塩で頂く。
美味、普通に美味。
レバーも丁寧に仕込みされてる印象。
つくねは軟骨入りでは無い筈だが、軟骨入りかの様な食感。
ひな、ハツも食べ応えもあり美味。
ウーロンハイを間に挟みつつ、寒菊男酒を頂く。
途中で冷奴、せせり、軟骨だんごを追加注文。
軟骨だんごは確かに軟骨入り。
食感楽しめるが、つくねでも十二分に美味。
しかしながら、当方にとってはどれも脂っぽい。
加えて、ほんの僅かだが塩加減が強い。
多くを食すには少々当方には辛し。
良い鶏肉だろうから、気に掛かる臭みは無い。
それでも食後、口内に残る脂っぽさが気に掛かる。
串ばかり食べ続けたせいかと反省。
途中、口直しを挟むべきであった。
鶏わさ等もあり、鶏専門店らしきメニュー内容。
雰囲気も悪く無く、
常連になれば居心地良いかと思量。
