京成千葉駅東口改札外（そごうジュンヌ側）で営業している店です。
「すき家」、「なか卯」、「ココス」、「ビッグボーイ」、「ジョリーパスタ」、「はま寿司」、「華屋与兵衛」等を展開しているゼンショーグループのブランドの一つのようです。
平日正午頃利用しました。
店先にメニューが掲示されていました。
上段は「世界の茶葉紀行」と書かれたチャイ、抹茶ラテ、ミルクティー、ルイボスティー等とレモネード、中段はコーヒー＆エスプレッソ、お茶＆その他、下段はイタリアンサンドが記載されていました。
店内は、レジカウンターを含むメインスペースが喫煙可能となっており、奥に「禁煙室」がありました。
数多くの飲食店を利用してきましたが、喫煙室ではなく禁煙室を設けている店舗はここしか知りません。
店舗への出入りや商品の購入時にタバコの煙を吸わされてしまい、従業員にも常時受動喫煙させているこの禁煙・喫煙席配置はどう考えてもおかしいです。
禁煙席と喫煙席が隣り合っているような名ばかりの分煙を実施している店よりはマシですが…。
イタリアンサンドの「ハムチーズ（税込４００円）」と「フレッシュレモネード レギュラーサイズ（税込３４０円）」を注文しました。
サンドとドリンクのセットということで税込５０円引きとなりました。
レモネードはすぐに提供され、サンドについては呼び出し機を渡され、３分程で鳴動しました。
サンドは、２種類のチーズが使われており、また、粒胡椒も効いていて予想以上の美味しさでした。
フレッシュレモネードはその名のとおり生のレモンが使われており、こちらも思っていたよりも楽しめました。
サンドとレモネードには満足しましたが、禁煙・喫煙席については検討して欲しいです。
