何年もの間、複数のラーメン店が入れ替わり入居してきた、京成千葉駅・新千葉駅間の踏切近くの場所が改装中であることに数か月前に気付きました。
店名を確認すると「ｍｕｙ ｒｉｃｏ」と書かれており、モノレール葭川公園駅近くで営業していた店が移転してくることが分かりました。
また、当初はディナータイムのみの営業で、ランチは８月頃開始予定との情報も得ました。
お盆明けにこの店のｆａｃｅｂｏｏｋでランチの確認をしてみたところ、８月５日からランチを始めている（月～木曜）ようなので訪れてみました。
平日正午頃のことです。
入口ドアのガラスにランチメニューが貼られていました。
前述のｆａｃｅｂｏｏｋにも書かれているとおり、パスタ系２種とライス系１種の計３種でした。
この日は下記のとおりでした。
１．温玉のせナポリタン（パスタ）
２．キノコとベーコン（パスタ）
３．鶏肉と野菜のトマト煮（ライス）
価格は、メニュー構成により３種類設定されていました。

店内は、カウンター８席と４人掛けテーブル２卓の計１４席で、ラーメン店の頃と同じ配置でした。
ただ、店内は綺麗に改装されており、新店らしい清潔感がありました。
先客は男女１人ずつでしたが、後客が次々来店し、ほどなくして満席になりました。
店の人は店主と思われる男性と主に接客を担当していた女性の計２人でした。
プチデザートも付いているＡランチを注文しました。
２分程でドリンク、さらに約６分後にサラダが提供されました。
サラダは、レタスと人参で、冷たいコーンポタージュスープが添えられていました。
メインはなかなか配膳されず、注文してから２３分も経ってからでした。
その鶏肉と野菜のトマト煮は、メニュー上では『スペイン、バルセロナ地方の料理．夏野菜と鶏肉がごろっと入っています！』という説明どおりの品で、ごろごろと盛り付けられていた具が印象的でした。
とりわけ鶏肉は、表面がカリッとしていて香ばしく、肉も柔らかくて美味でした。
ライスにもきちんと味が付けられており、トータル的に気に入りました。
プチデザートはナッツ入りのケーキに生クリーム、くるみをトッピングしたもので、小さいながらも豊富なナッツの食感が楽しめました。
メイン料理の提供までに時間が掛かったのでじっくり味わう時間が無くなってしまいましたが、美味しいランチでした。
既に人気を博していることに納得しました。
