Today, my husband is having dinner with a friend, and my daughter is also hanging out in Tokyo, so she's not alone! When I decided that they would have plans, I was thinking about what to eat alone, but in the end, I decided to decide based on my mood on the day. I was looking around Chiba Station for something to eat alone, and I had been to this Italian Cuisine with a friend before, but it was full because I was late. So I went to this place that I had been to before and had been curious about. I asked if it was okay if I was alone, and they were happy to accept. This is the first time I've eaten Spanish Cuisine alone... The only thing I can think of is paella, but what else is there? Bars were popular at one time, but I didn't go because I couldn't drink alcohol. Oh, paella must be ordered for two or more people. It's a little big for one person. I'd like a combination that I can finish by myself... Ginger ale, half a spicy Prosciutto Russian-style potato salad, squid and clam melosso, and as an appetizer, a spicy small fish that looked like Oyster, and then, as a bonus, steamed oysters with oil sauce. Thank you, these oysters are really delicious! I can't drink alcohol, so even if I'm alone, I just go for the food, but today I ordered what I wanted to eat. Melosso is apparently a risotto, and it was delicious. The squid was soft and the broth was rich. I wonder if the Russian-style potato salad was a strong yellow color because it had eggs in it. I'm glad I ordered it, even though I don't usually order potato salad. You can get Prosciutto cut into pieces. I wish I could drink alcohol at a time like this. Well, ginger ale is enough. For some reason, I think it's nice when a restaurant has both spicy and regular ginger ale. I always choose the spicy one.
