京成千葉線 千葉中央駅に直結している京成ミラマーレホテルの2階にあるホテル内の中華料理店、景山でランチを頂きました。
今回は四川ランチコースを頂きました。
・ 週替わり前菜 : 蒸し鶏の辛味ソース
柔らかい肉にマイルドに辛いソースがかかっています。
・ 日替わりスープ : 玉子スープ
干し海老が効いていて美味しいですね。後のお料理が期待が持てます。
・ 細切り牛肉とピーマン炒め
お味は薄味と言うより調理自体の味が薄く、油が多いですね。残念な感じがしました。
・ 海老料理 : チリソース煮
ソースは美味しいが少々油っぽいです。ご飯との相性は良いです。
・ 五目入り焼きそば
こちらも調理自体の味が薄いですね。烏賊に少々独特の香りがありました。
・ 三種デザート盛り合わせ : 杏仁豆腐、マーラーカオ、フルーツ盛り合わせ
杏仁豆腐は普通かな。マーラーカオはほんのり温かくて美味しかったです。
・ コーヒー
美味しくランチを頂きました。
