旨い居酒屋「本町厨房TETSU流」さん。（千葉市中央区本町）
お店の投稿を見ると、
「昭和の香り、特製メンチカツ。
開店以来の定番メニュー。」
ああ、揚げたてメンチ、食べたい！
まずは、お通し。
冬瓜と鳥挽き肉のそぼろあんかけと自家製ぬか漬け。
夏らしい一品。
次は「短冊から仕込んだ特製メンマ」。
「これ、結構、手間がかかるんですよ」とご主人。
柔らかく戻してあって、濃厚な旨み。
そして、真打ち、メンチカツ。
熱々の揚げたて。衣はカリッと、中はジューシー。
これは、ビールが止まりません♪♪♪
付け合わせのキャベツは、何と、オーダーごとに切っているそう！
ご主人、鉄道ファンとわかり、千葉の鉄道談義も楽しみました(^^)
