★冷やし麺祭2020★vol 43 千葉市富士見 東昇酒家富士見店
毎年美味しい冷やし中華を食べさせていただいている東昇酒家だけどコロナ後やっていたりやっていなかったり。冷やし中華もメニューに書いてないのでチャーハンを頼もうと思ったけど一応聞いてみた。店員のお姉さんはできますとのこと。壁に貼るなり、メニューに加えるなりしろよ〜。やる気ないなと思いながらも待つこと6分くらいで見た目豪華な冷やし中華が着丼。
海老三つも乗ってるぞ、ちょっぴり感激。他にトマト、錦糸卵、胡瓜、チャーシュー、ワカメ。さらに胡麻油で味付けした葱が乗っていてこれが絶妙なアクセントとなっています。
毎年ハイレベルな冷やし中華出してるのだから、もうちょっとやる気を出しましょう。おそらく腕がいいから今夏出すつもりのなかった冷やし中華もチャチャと作れてしまうのか？値段聞いてなかったけど968円。そこそこするけど美味かったからOKです。

This year, there were no posters or menus for hiyashi chuka, so I asked and they said, ``You can make it with soy sauce (flavor).'' I drank lemon sour and waited. The hiyashi chuka that came out had a simple yet consistent taste. A little bit of sesame oil helps. Ingredients are tomatoes, wakame seaweed, green onions, cucumbers, shrimp, chashu pork, and tamago. It's a must have every year, but it was delicious this year too. Why isn't it on the menu? Is it because it takes time?
