できる限り食材は無農薬野菜や調味料は無添加の物を使用しています。 |
美味しいと聞いて来店。お通しの揚げ出し豆腐はお通しなのにアツアツでクオリティが高い！と思いましたが味付けが市販のめんつゆ？というような感じ。
その後に頼んだ卵焼き、サラダ、鰹のタタキは量の割に値段が安いと思います！
味も良かったです！鰹のタタキは特に美味しくいただきました。
さて、鳥料理が多いお店なので楽しみの鳥料理を…と思い、焼き鳥を注文。
もも→とても大きな串で食べ応えあり！しかし、大きいためか、中がパサパサでジューシーさに欠けました…。
ぼんじり→塩のかけすぎでしょうか。しょっぱいです。
ハツ→ぼんじりと同じです。。
んん。。
ほんとはもっと鳥料理を注文したかったのですが、焼き鳥のクオリティを考えると想像ができてしまうような…。
早めの退散をしてしまいました。
