千葉駅に立ち寄った際、美味しいカフェを探していてたどり着いたのがこちらです。
ラーメン屋さんの2階にあり、最初どこが入り口かわかりませんでした笑
平日の14時ごろでしたが店内はほぼ満席。
お店の中もおしゃれで素敵♡
注文したのはランチのAセット
トースト、スープ、キッシュ、季節のおかず 1450円
トーストも自家製の天然酵母で作られたものらしくこの食パンがモチっとしていて本当に美味しい(*´ω`*)
やや酸味のあるこのトーストに蜂蜜が最高に合います。
そしてキッシュと季節のおかずの盛り付けの芸術的美しさ。
キッシュはもちろんおかず一品一品の丁寧さに感動。
この一皿でもたくさんの種類のお野菜を使っていて、かなり満足度の高いランチでした。ポタージュも濃厚かつしつこくない味付けで本当に美味しかったです。
こちらが東京にあったら常に大行列だと思う。
本当にレベルの高いお店でした。
ただ、接客は結構冷たい感じ。ただ、これだけ美味しいのです特に気になりませんでした。
