雰囲気はよかった
裏千葉と言われる地味な場所にあります。
ランチタイムに初訪問。
本格的な中華料理店の構え。
定食から海老チリ950円を注文。
待つこと数分。
大きなお皿に、海老チリと、生野菜、揚げワンタン皮？
海老が綺麗に並んでいます。
一口食べると、タレがかなり甘い。
これまで食べた海老チリで、一番甘い。
砂糖入れすぎ。
会計時に、レジの女性に「海老チリ、甘いですね」
と伝えたら「ええ、辛くないんです」と返答。
じゃなくて、、
卵とじスープ、杏仁豆腐などは普通に美味しい。
次回来たら、別メニューにチャレンジしたい。

前回の訪問時、エビチリが甘すぎたので、今回は人気があるらしい豚キクラゲ卵炒めにチャレンジ。
エビチリほどではないが、やはり砂糖の甘さが気になる。おまけにやや油っぽい。
甘さイコール旨み、とは違うと思うのは、私だけか。
