千葉駅から５．６分。
繁華街からは反対側にある、センスのいいお店が立ち並ぶ裏千葉と言われるエリアに新しく出来たレストランバー。
噂を聞きつけてやってまいりました。
バックライトに浮かび上がるボトルが雰囲気バツグンなカウンター席。
テーブルは２つ、奥に個室。（２テーブルで１０名様ほど）
その日のセレクトは
・冷製バーニャカウダ
・和牛のたたき
・フォアグラのポワレ
・豚肉と香味野菜のリエット
・黒毛和牛の鉄板焼き
・パルメザンチーズケーキ
そしてビールから始まりスペインのフィンカソブレノというミディアムボディーのバランスの良いワイン。
おすすめいただいたのですが、お料理との相性もばっちり。ナイスセレクトです。
レストランバーというとどちらも中途半端になりがちですが、
こちらのお店はお料理、お酒共にかなりのハイクオリティー。
お料理は味付けももちろん、見た目も鮮やか。
使われている野菜の豊富さにびっくりしました。
そして最後にスイカをすりおろして作っていただいたカクテルがまた絶品。
スタッフさんの接客も素晴らしく、また是非利用したいお店が出来ました。
