有名チェーン店である大阪王将、実は一度も行ったことがありませんでした。
（餃子の王将は地元にあるので何回か食べましたが…）
ナンパ通り沿いにあるお店に入ると、厨房では次々と注文が入ってて店員さんが鍋をガシガシ振るって炒めています。
チェーン店ですがこのオープンキッチンの風景はちょっと本格的な雰囲気。
さて、メニューは点心に炒め物、麺類に飯類、それとおつまみ系の冷菜も一揃い。
平日は日替わりでお酒や餃子が割安で頂けるようですね。
生ビールで仕事上がりの一息つきつつ、とりあえずのおつまみ三種をオーダー。
ザーサイにキムチそしてチャーシューが入った間違いないヤツ。
それと餃子を注文、こちらは流石に安いですね。
トッピングに水餃子、揚げ餃子などバリエーションも豊富。
焼きたての提供でパリッと焦がし気味の皮が良い塩梅ですね。
続いてウーロンハイ、これは月曜は210円とお得な価格でした。
薄いということもなく確りお茶の風味と酒感を楽しめますよ。
レバニラを頼むと、一人分に丁度良いサイズのが登場。
これがめっちゃ美味いやん…
レバは臭みなくジューシー、炒められた野菜のしっとり感も相性抜群！
思わずハイボールを追加で頼んじゃいました(笑)
〆は街中華オムライスを注文。
中華鍋でケチャップライスが炒められる様子が見えて、ちょっとワクワク。
確り味付けされたライスのしっとり感に、フワフワの玉子が乗っかる定番のそれ。
たっぷり掛けられたケチャップの少ししょっぱめでコク深い味わいがたまらんなぁ…
ザーサイとわかめスープが付くのも嬉しいですね。
気づけばしっかり飲みから締めまで堪能しちゃいました。
意外や意外、チェーン店とはいえ侮ってはいけませんね。
定食やランチなんかも良さそうなので、次はお昼にでも行ってみようかな？
