まだまだ暑かった9月7日、暑いはずなのにしゃぶしゃぶが食べたくなった。暑いだろうからしゃぶしゃぶメインじゃなくてほかのお料理が充実したお店がいいな。。。とゆず庵を思い出す。幕張のお店は3回くらい行ったから、今回は東千葉のお店に、、、
「ほかの料理が充実」とあらば温野菜、さと、どん亭、華屋与兵衛、かごの屋等々ほかのチェーンもあるけど、①お肉がおいしい②たれがおいしい③お寿司も食べれるとスクリーニングしていくと、寿司の種類を鑑みてもゆず庵が第一候補に、ただ、うちからは遠い。それでもゆず庵にした決め手はお寿司に「うなぎ」が季節限定でラインナップされていたこと。写真のようにウナギ尽くしができるからだ、、、
焼肉チェーントップのレインズが手掛ける温野菜同様、こちらは牛角に次ぐ焼肉チェーンを擁する物語コーポレーションのしゃぶしゃぶ業態。つまり肉の目利き？仕入れの強さだろうか？安いしゃぶしゃぶなのに肉もたれもこの2社はおいしい。さらにこちらは店名にちなんでか？ポン酢がゆずの香りでおいしい。うちの近くの温野菜はすし提供店舗だけど、ゆず庵のお寿司のレパートリーとは比べ物にならないし、温野菜はデザートは1品制、ゆず庵は食べ放題なのだ。。。お店までの距離は倍以上でも今日はこちらへ、、、
待ち時間3分ぐらいでご案内。ラッキー！！帰るころには10組くらい待ってた。早めに来て正解！
