2019.06.28(金)21:30 千葉駅前で2件目。そごう10階をふらりと探索。こんな処に梅光軒さんがありました。近頃は色んな所に出店されていますね！
特に梅光軒さんのラーメンは好みでは無いのですが、店の前にあった看板の人気No.1・千葉限定が目にとまったので食べてみる事にしました。
鮭玉ラーメン 950円 をいただきました。
どうやら普通の醤油ラーメンに鮭の乾燥粉末が乗っているだけの様です。
スープは本店さんのより濁りが少なく薄い印象です。鮭の粉末を混ぜても特に印象は変わりません。塩分は強めに感じました。
