2階までの狭い階段を上がると、ほぼ満席の活況な店内が目に入る。
カウンターに座し、メニューを眺める。
品数多く、目移りして選べない。
とりあえず日本酒。
日本酒をちびちび飲りながらメニュー選び。
モツ煮も気になったが、まずは串と唐揚げ。
つくねに生ピーマンがお薦めの模様。
だがしかし、これは何処かで見た風景。
ま、美味だったら良いか…don't mind!
串は何れも丁寧に焼き上げられていて、間違いなく美味。
唐揚げはソース（ん？ソース？、タレ？）を5種類から選べる模様。
ネギ塩だれを選択。
唐揚げ自体は、ほぼほぼ味付けは無い。
タレをつける前提なら、当然か。
ネギ塩だれを漬けると確かに美味。
が、食べ進むと少し重く感じる。
ぽん酢くらいにしておけば良かったか。
しかし、タレを漬けるなら、いっその事、当方は塩で頂いても良かったかもしれない。
個人的にはもう少し風味が欲しかった印象。
串揚げ、モツ煮も有るので、そちらも気に掛かる。
再訪して、そちらを試してみるのも悪くない。
