松戸「中華蕎麦とみ田」の直営店 |
土曜13時頃に訪問。並び10名ほど。15分程並んで入店。思ったよりは回転が早い。
特製濃厚つけ麺特盛1650円。見た感じ茹で後600~700gくらい？
値段がするだけあって、スープの量がたっぷりで、ドップリ漬け込んでも余裕の量。しかもちゃんと味が濃厚で、粘りも適度な感じ。
麺は極太でもちもち感もアリ。芯も適度でわりと万人受けしそう。
具は海苔、なると、沈んでるメンマはわりとサクサク感がある。
チャーシューは数種類あって、脂があるものは即スープに沈めて溶かしたら美味い。また、炙ったチャーシューをスープに入れて香ばしさを移すととても美味い。
あっという間に完食。千葉駅構内(改札内)なので、乗り換え待ちなどの時間で、都合がつく場合はオススメである。
