松戸「中華蕎麦とみ田」の直営店 |
今回は濃厚味玉つけ麺と
チャーシューご飯を注文しました。
麺は小麦の香りがふわりと漂い、
つけ汁はしっかり目の味付けでしたが、
なかなか簡単には表現できないような、
複雑な味わいでした。
（豚感の主張が強いわけではないが、
魚粉が主役を張るわけでもないような？
バランス型と表現するのがいいのかも）
チャーシューご飯は特筆するほどの特徴がなく
普通といった印象でした。
総評としては好みの味ではなかったものの
つけ麺の奥深さを感じさせられるような、
そんな逸品だったかなと思います。
