拘りの備長炭で火入れされ、どれも格別です。
この夜は娘から美味しい焼鳥を食べて欲しいとのことで、オススメのこちらへ。
ビールケース3段重ねで食べる立ち飲み屋の80円の焼鳥も美味いですが、こちらは別世界の逸品でした。

オーダーしてから手差しして焼き上げます。
どの部位をいただいても身の張り具合だったり、旨みだったり、脂だったり、当たり前ですが全然違います。感激します。
特に備長炭火入れの表面の香ばしさと遠火による身の中心への火入れは格別です。
早々にビールから地酒にシフト

兵庫県「播州一献」純米吟醸と、
愛知県「醸し人九平次」純米大吟醸をお供に、1本1本、いや、ひと口ひと口至福の時間を堪能します。
家族3人でカウンター席で過ごす焼鳥屋も初めてでしたが、しみじみと頂く水郷赤鶏の旨さに大満足の夜でした。
