■お店の雰囲気：白系の明るさを感じられる店内、清潔感がありよい。
■焼き鳥：公式ホームページにて部位の説明と写真が見られます。
時間が経つと品切れも出てくるので、食べたい部位がある場合は先に全部注文しておくか、開店と同時にはいるかした方が良い。
■接客：つかず離れず、見るところはよくみてくれる。提供が遅いのを心配していたがリズム良かった。

塩やタレは選ぶのではなくおまかせになっています。
1ハツもと
心臓の根元で血管がつながる部位。柔らかくてプリッとした食感。実際は脂肪分がなくキュッとコリっとしたような感じです。
2はらみ 提供される器に脂が滴る様子からもわかるように、ジューシーでありながらコリコリ食感も楽しめる希少部位
3波 たれで焼きあげ。
焼きたてならではのパリパリサクッと仕上げられた食感がよいです。中は脂肪がたっぷり。
4ぼん やはり一番のあぶら。やわらかくて一粒ごとに脂を感じられます。
〇5手羽先 ぷりぷり！手羽先の唐揚げなどとは違う、柔らかくジューシーで脂身のある感じだった。大きくて食べ応えもあり。
6ちょうちん 黄身の濃厚なまろやかさが味わえる。一口で食べるのが理想だが黄身が溶け出ると勿体無いのでご飯物につけてもいいかも。
〇7ひざ 膝軟骨とそのまわり。コリコリとした食感と程よく肉もついており、その両方を良いとこ取りしたような感覚。
8ソリレス 物付け根のくぼみ。しっかりとした肉感を感じられます。
9かた 手羽元。羽の付け根部位。コクのある味。ゼラチン質が多い。
合鴨
ロース。ネギ挟んであるのも嬉しい。あっさりしながらも血の風味と鴨ならではの歯応えが楽しめた。
白レバー
口コミではレバーが美味しいとのことで食べてみようと、串ではなく気になった一品料理で注文。
ふわとろっとした食感に独特のコク、ごま油の風味が相まって最高でした。

もも肉・炭火で炙り香りつけ。
からしとレモンと下の甘いような味のタレの味が絶妙に美味しかった一品。
