千葉中央エリアでは数少ない薬膳のお店「薬膳火鍋 九里香」さん。
ランチの薬膳スープ春雨は、50種類以上のトッピングを選べます。
ショーケースにずらっと並ぶ食材たち！！
わー、どれにしよう。。。どれも美味しそうで悩みます(^^)
水餃子、キクラゲ、水菜をセレクション。
つけダレも、5種類ぐらいから選べて、ブレンドするシステム。
着丼すると具たっぷりのスープに華やかな山椒が香ります。
辛さは選べるので、安全パイで中辛にしました。
しかし、ラー油に山椒の痺れが加わり、かなりの辛さ。美味しい♪
吹き出す汗、汗、デトックス！
春雨は、強い弾力があって、食べ応えたっぷり。
水餃子、キクラゲは、四川肉味噌のつけダレが合います。
卵かけご飯も、ＴＫＧ専用醤油があり、美味しい。
次回は「10種類の薬膳を使用した薬膳火鍋」にチャレンジしたいです(^^)
