薬膳火鍋 九里香へ行ってきました。
最寄り駅は京成千葉中央駅です。
ここは50種類の具材から好きな具をチョイスして、ボウルに袋ごと具を入れていく仕組みです。
3つまでは基本料金の中に入っていて、以降1つ増える毎に110円追加されます。
何にしたらいいのか迷っちゃうので、壁に貼ってある栄養コーナーを参考にしてみました。
白か、辛い赤のスープを選んで、ボウルをお店の人に渡します。
春雨は、無料で中華麺に変更できるし、ゆで方もかため、やわらかめ、ふつうと選べます。
テーブルには調味料がたくさんあって、お気に入りはゴマ、山椒油、揚げ唐辛子！
スープを白にして、揚げ唐辛子と山椒油で自分好みに辛さを調整しました。
山椒油が、ビリビリしてすごーく好き！
昼も火鍋メニューあるんだけど、ゆっくり食べたいので、時間のあるときに。
夜の食べ放題もよさそう。
