火鍋初挑戦。一度会社の昼休み中に来てみたものの、混雑していたので出直し、日曜日に訪問。
スープや辛さを選び、自分の好きな具を入れてもらう。具が選べるのも楽しい。テーブルに並べられた調味料もおもしろくて、つい色々入れてしまった。
食べる前は春雨というのがぴんとこなかったが、とても美味しかった。もちもちしている。
今回は赤い方にしたが、白い方のスープも試してみたい。
