土曜の17時半前に、友人たちと訪店しました。
激辛好きの当方の誕生日を祝ってくれるとのコトで、
予約してもらっての訪店です。
当方は、初めての利用です。
注文も、すべて友人たちにお任せです。
最初に生ビール!!
メインは、大鍋に
『白湯スープ』と『四川麻辣スープ(激辛レベル4)』を
注文したようです。
食材もすべて、取ってきてもらい、当方は食すだけ。
激辛レベル４の麻辣スープをすすってみました。
当方には、激辛の二歩手前の《辛口》でした。
薬膳だけあって、身体が温まります。
激辛レベル4(+500円)は、激辛の4倍とありましたが、
2～３00円追加してくれたら激辛の一歩手前の《大辛》
になるかもしれません。
色々な食材を味わいましたが、しっかりスープを吸わ
せた、白菜とかほうれん草が、辛旨でした。
健康的に辛系が味わえるので、また利用させていただき
メニュー以上の辛さを、お願いしてみます。
