個性的なラーメン
ペリエ千葉内にある店舗です。
煮玉子ラーメンをいただきました。
まず目を引いたのは沢山の白菜が入っている点。個性的です。そしてスープは甘みを感じる味。すき焼きの割下や焼き鳥のタレのような味のものをかえしに使っているのかなという感じがします。
チャーシューは薄くスライスされたもので、おそらく豚ロースでしょう。若干違和感があったのが、具にも豚肉の細切れが使われていたところ。チャーシューも細切れも似たような食感と味で、被せて使う必要はないんじゃないかなと思ってしまいました。まあ、邪魔になるわけではないので、いいのですが（笑）
いずれにしても、個性的で美味しいラーメンだと思いました。

昨年11月以来10か月振りの訪問です。
前回の時には無かったタブレット注文ができるようになっていました。
今回は秋限定の牛すき月見ラーメン（税込1090円）をいただきました。すき焼き風の牛肉と生たまごが載っていて実に美味しい。この店の個性的なスープだからこそ違和感なく合わせられるアレンジメニューなのではないでしょうか。
