千葉中央駅そばの中華新店舗
駅から東金街道に入りすぐの今関ビルの地下にできた、中華料理の新店です。
店内は広くて靴を脱いであがる方式をとってます。ランチメニューも種類豊富です。回鍋肉の定食(800)を注文。みての通りサラダや搾菜、スープも付きなかなか豪華。無難に回鍋肉を頼んでしまったため、他店と比較しにくいんですよね。回鍋肉で駄目なケースはないので。水代わりの烏龍茶が濃くて好感が持てました。この値段でコーヒーまで付くのもgood。
夜はオーダーバイキング形式をとっているようです。この地で中華の新店はチャレンジングですが、早く軌道に乗ってもらいたいものです。夜もそのうち行ってみたいです。

千葉中央駅東口から徒歩1〜2分の地下にある比較的新店。ハコも広くプチリッチな感じの中華料理店。冷やし中華がメニューになくてスルーしていたがたまたま通ったらランチでやってました。ここも醤油か胡麻か選べます。今日は醤油でいきます。運ばれてきた冷やし中華は麺と具材セパレート形式です。具材は紅生姜、パクチー、プチトマト、チャーシュー、蒸し鶏、錦糸卵、胡瓜、トーファ？などです。醤油スープは酸味弱いがさっぱりしたタイプ。麺はよくあるものですが麺の下にレタスがうっすら敷いてあるのに拘りを感じました。
セパレートタイプは特に好みではないが850円税込にしてはよく工夫されている冷やし中華でした。
