千葉駅直結の地下一階にあるハンバーガー屋。ただ直結とは言っても千葉駅は若干入り組んおり、方向音痴な筆者は探すのに若干苦労してしまった。私は月曜日限定のメキシカンバーガーとポテト、ドリンクのセットを頼んだ（若干前なので間違ってたらごめんなさい）。私はこうしたしっかりとしたハンバーガーを食べるのは初めてだったので評価基準があまり分からないが、サクッとしたバンズと肉の組み合わせが絶妙だった。ポテトは並。
若干値が張り、少々物足りない感は否めなかったが、たまにはこういうオサレなバーガーが食べたいと思うようになった。
